Eligibility Criteria

  • Any individual who is an active member of ISILA
  • Any 2 Guarantor who are the existing member of the society, but should not be defaulter
  • Must have healthy CIBIL Score*


Documentation Requirements
  • A duly filled loan application form

  • Latest Passport size photograph

  • KYC Documents (Pan Card/ Registration of Incorporation/ Memorandum & Articles of Association documents)

  • Business Proof (copy of ownership papers, trade license/ Sales Tax Certificate/Partnership Deed, if applicable/Sole Proprietorship declaration)

  • Income Proof (ITR Receipt of last 3 years, balance sheet and profit & loss statement of past two years)

  • Current Loan Repayment Schedule (if any)

  • Property Papers:
    • Original sale deed
    • Land map and Estimate from approved architect
    • Approved plan copy of the building/ house purchased
    • Construction permission from the Corporation/Municipality or concerned authority. (if applicable)
    • occupancy Certificate (applicable in case of ready to move property)
    • Registered Agreement for Sale/Allotment Letter/Stamped Agreement for Sale
    • Payment Receipts or bank account statement showing all the payments made to Builder/Seller
